Job summary

Sandoz International GmbH in Warsaw is seeking an experienced account manager to serve as the primary contact for CEE markets, building strong relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. You will coordinate planning, production, localization, and deployment of digital content and campaigns across therapeutic areas, working with multiple markets and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in account management, client services, or project coordination.
• Experience in marketing, digital, or agency environments preferred.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory; additional CEE languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for CEE markets and nurture stakeholder relationships.
• Support markets in planning, production, adaptation, and deployment of digital content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with countries and internal stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, timelines, and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in content creation, localization, review, and deployment.
• Link market needs with Global Digital HUB services to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout execution.
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain project visibility and communication through ASANA and other tools.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate for resolution.
