HRK S.A. is partnering with a global consumer technology client to recruit a Senior Commercial Product Manager in Warsaw. The role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing and finance, driving commercial performance of a major portfolio.

The candidate will own the portfolio strategy, pricing, promotions and go-to-market execution, influencing decisions across functions and regions to deliver measurable business impact in Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, category, product marketing or commercial management.
• Experience in a fast-moving, highly competitive consumer environment (consumer tech, telecom, retail, e-commerce or FMCG).
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, portfolio management and go-to-market execution.
• Hands-on experience with revenue, margin, budgets, ROI and other commercial KPIs.
• Fluent Polish and English with ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial performance of the portfolio from strategy to market execution and optimization.
• Own key business KPIs including revenue, profitability, market share and portfolio performance.
• Define and execute the 4P strategy: product, price, promotion and placement.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle and make portfolio recommendations.
• Shape pricing and promotional strategies based on market dynamics and objectives.
• Manage budgets with focus on ROI and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to translate plans into results.
