Job summary

Stryker in Warsaw is seeking a training and learning coordinator to deliver technical training, manage the LMS, and ensure training programs meet compliance requirements across functions. You will collaborate with managers to assess needs, generate training metrics, support regulatory audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation while upholding GMP and ISO13485 standards.

Fluent English and French plus MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in learning coordination, training administration, or LMS support.
• Fluent English and French at least B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience using learning technologies including LMS platforms.
• GMP and ISO 13485 knowledge or familiarity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion and compliance.
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions and onboarding to support learner readiness.
• Manage LMS activities: course assignments, user access, training records, updates.
• Review and execute training-related quality system tasks for audit readiness.
• Generate and distribute training metrics and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Represent training during regulatory audits with records and evidence.
• Investigate and resolve training system and access issues, manage tickets.
• Partner with managers to assess needs and implement impactful programs.
• Support regulatory inspections by providing training records and documentation.
