Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Warsaw to ensure compliant, high-quality training delivery across functions. You will manage LMS activities, maintain training records, and support audits while partnering with managers to align programs with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in learning coordination, with fluent English and French. Proficiency in MS Office and GMP/ISO13485 knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination or LMS support.
• Fluent English and French at least B2, both written and spoken.
• Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion and compliance.
• Facilitate instructor-led trainings and onboarding activities for learner readiness.
• Manage LMS activities: course assignments, user access, records, and updates.
• Review and execute training-related quality system tasks; maintain audit-ready docs.
• Generate and analyze training KPIs to aid decision-making and compliance.
• Represent training during regulatory audits with records and evidence.
• Investigate and resolve training system and process issues; manage service tickets.
• Collaborate with managers to assess needs, prioritize and implement programs.
• Support regulatory inspections with training records and documentation.
