Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Technical Training leader to manage a team delivering role-based training programs and ensuring alignment with QMS, GMP, and ISO 13485. The role focuses on LMS administration, regulatory audits, and cross-functional collaboration to drive program effectiveness.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in medical device training or related areas, and experience supervising remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or related discipline.
• 5+ years in medical device quality, compliance, manufacturing, operations or technical training.
• Experience leading remote team members and collaborating with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for coordinating, deploying, and managing role-based technical training programs.
• Ensure training processes and curricula comply with QMS, GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Execute training workflows within Change Control and update LMS when documents release.
• Develop and improve training systems, standards and processes for effective delivery.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Compliance and HR to integrate training requirements.
• Present training metrics to leadership in Quality Systems Management Review meetings.
• Review and approve training-related QMS change control tasks.
• Monitor LMS data changes affecting training assignment reliability and automation.
• Update training procedures and documentation as required.
• Support regulatory audits with training records and evidence.
