Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to support the implementation of training requirements across Corporate, Divisional, and local QMS. You will empower managers, develop learning content, and facilitate sessions to ensure a positive learner experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating training logistics, updating procedures, troubleshooting issues, and generating training metrics. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in learning coordination, facilitation, content development, or LMS management.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning content preferred.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies (LMS, ServiceNow, content authoring tools).
• Fluent in written and oral English - C1 Level.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of training requirements aligned with Corporate, Divisional, and local QMS.
• Empower managers and process owners to fulfill their training process responsibilities and provide tools for success.
• Represent Technical Training processes during regulatory audits and support requests for training records/evidence.
• Develop learning content based on training needs and business requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions to employees and support onboarding activities.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and maintain schedules.
• Update training procedures, plans, and supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot course and access issues and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Review and execute training-related change control tasks.
• Collaborate with peers to implement standard processes and identify improvements.
• Assist in managing relationships with local vendors for training delivery.
• Support local training initiatives and NC/CAPAs related to training outcomes.
