Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment activities across Poland.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and compliance.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
• Track record hiring for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn.
• Assess candidates through structured interviews and evaluations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to leaders.
• Develop university recruiting initiatives to attract early-career talent.
