Job summary

SQUAD is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Sourcer to lead sourcing efforts across Poland and Czechia. You will build pipelines for diverse technical and commercial roles within our technology services division.

Responsibilities include full accountability for sourcing, engaging passive talent, market mapping, and close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure effective strategies and strong candidate pools.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Talent Sourcer within the technology services sector (HW & SW).
• Advanced sourcing expertise using Boolean search, X-Ray search and targeted techniques across platforms.
• Ownership of market landscape reports.
• Experience recruiting across Poland and Czechia, with knowledge of local markets.
• Excellent understanding of local salary expectations, candidate availability and market dynamics.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise hiring managers.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capability.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.
• Fluent English and professional fluency in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for sourcing across Poland and Czechia, handling intake to sourcing strategies.
• Manage diverse vacancies across tech domains, aligning with business objectives.
• Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, talent platforms, and referrals.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pools for current and future needs.
• Conduct market mapping to identify skills, locations, companies and talent availability.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics within the ATS and adhere to processes.
