Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Poland and the Nordics. You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, build talent pipelines, and deliver market insights to drive hiring decisions.

The role requires strong sourcing, headhunting, and multi-requisition management, with fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years end-to-end recruitment experience in technology
• Experience recruiting across Nordic countries and international environments
• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple requisitions
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Proactively source and headhunt technology talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the Nordics and Poland
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to hiring managers
• Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects while meeting KPIs and SLAs
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business on recruitment strategy and market trends

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Tech recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions across the Nordics and Poland. The ideal candidate combines strong headhunting and sourcing expertise with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source and headhunt top technology talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the Nordics and Poland.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to hiring managers.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects while meeting agreed KPIs and SLA targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business on recruitment strategy and market trends.

Required skills

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technology recruitment.
• Proven track record in sourcing, search, and headhunting for technical roles.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across Nordic countries and working within international environments.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles such as:
• Software Engineers / Developers (Java, .NET, Python, Frontend, Full Stack)
• Solution Architects
• Cybersecurity Specialists
• Product Owners
• IT Project Managers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and English,both written and spoken.
