You will develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and provide market insights to guide hiring decisions, ensuring a fair and efficient process across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and map markets.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including direct search and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage passive candidates via multiple channels and market mapping.
• Assess candidates through structured interviews and robust evaluations.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely communication.
