Job summary

Capco in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and business consulting roles in Poland. You will source, screen and interview candidates, advising hiring managers with market insights and coordinating offers and onboarding.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage candidate experience, and collaborate with the local Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent in a growing business unit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in tech/consulting/financial services.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks.
• Experience screening and interviewing to assess fit.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organized, delivery-focused with multi-process experience.
