TECHNICAL SUPPORT with GERMAN

Workplace: Sofia/Bulgaria
Full Time job contract



As a GERMAN Technical Support Advisor you will
work on simple or complex customer technical issues
assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues
advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
use troubleshooting techniques and toolsto identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts

We are looking for:

Excellent communication skills in GERMAN language both written and spoken - C1
Good command of English - B2


We offer:

2900 BGN gross (6800pln)

Accommodation - we will cover 1 flight ticket (or any other mean of transport up to 300 EUR)
