TECHNICAL SUPPORT with GERMAN

Workplace: Sofia, Bulgaria – Full Time job contract.

Responsibilities

• Work on simple or complex customer technical issues.
• Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide or recommend resolutions for technical and service issues.
• Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
• Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify defective products and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in German language both written and spoken – C1 level.
• Good command of English – B2 level.
