A leading company is seeking an ITALIAN Technical Support Advisor for a full-time role in Bulgaria. This position involves diagnosing and resolving customer technical issues in an international environment, offering fully paid training and excellent relocation assistance. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in ITALIAN and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• Skills in diagnosing customer technical issues.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT with ITALIAN

Workplace: Sofia/Bulgaria
Full Time job contract


As a ITALIAN Technical Support Advisor you will:

work on simple or complex customer technical issues
assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues
advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
use troubleshooting techniques and toolsto identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts

We are looking for:

Excellent communication skills in ITALIAN language both written and spoken - C1
Good command of English - B2


We offer:

2500 BGN gross (5900pln)

Accommodation - we will cover 1 flight ticket (or any other mean of transport up to 300 EUR)
and 2 weeks of hotel accommodation until employee rents his/her own apartment.
