Job Description

As a FRENCH Technical Support Advisor, you will:

1. Work on simple or complex customer technical issues.
2. Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes, and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues.
3. Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
4. Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify defective products and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in FRENCH language, both written and spoken - C1.
• Good command of English - B2.

Relocation Details

We will cover 1 flight ticket (or other means of transport up to 300 EUR) and 2 weeks of hotel accommodation until the employee rents their own apartment. We also provide contact to rental agents to help find suitable accommodation.
