TECHNICAL SUPPORT with ITALIAN

Workplace: Sofia/Bulgaria
Full Time job contract

Responsibilities

• Work on simple or complex customer technical issues
• Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and providing/recommending resolutions for technical and service issues
• Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
• Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in ITALIAN language both written and spoken - C1
• Good command of English - B2
