Job summary

TST Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a Kraków-based role onsite with one of our clients in Poland. You will troubleshoot Azure AD/IAM issues, provide customer-facing technical support, and develop solutions and guides.

The position involves collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience, requiring strong problem-solving, ownership and communication skills. B2B or UoP engagement is offered.
