Job summary

WLG in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on IT Operations professional to own IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary. You will support approximately 200 users with Azure services and two small data centres, coordinating internal and external providers to ensure reliable IT services.

This role requires 3+ years in IT Operations, hands-on Azure (Entra ID, VMs), ITIL practice, and the ability to work independently.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to take ownership of IT infrastructure and IT service delivery across Poland and Hungary. This is not a corporate management role focused on large teams and multi-million-euro budgets. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the technology, understands operational realities, and is comfortable combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

You will support approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary, working with a modernised infrastructure consisting of Azure services and two small data centres. You will coordinate internal and external service providers, drive operational improvements, and ensure reliable delivery of IT services across the organisation.

What You Will Do

• Own daily IT operations and infrastructure across Poland and Hungary.
• Administer Azure and on-premises environments hands-on every day.
• Run ITIL processes in practice — incident, problem, change, and asset management.
• Manage outsourced IT vendors and hold them accountable on SLAs.

What We Need

Nice to Have
