Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. is seeking an on-site Technical Support Engineer in Krakow, Poland. You will be the client’s primary technical contact, supporting Options technology systems, monitoring system health, and performing routine maintenance and updates.

You will diagnose issues, escalate as needed, and maintain SLAs while building strong client relationships. Strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure are essential; 1–2 years in financial services is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues.

Responsibilities

Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following established incident management processes.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and proactively addressing their needs.
Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation to ensure smooth deployment.
