Hiab is seeking an engineering-minded Product Sales Support Engineer in Poland to bridge sales, engineering, and product development. You will influence future designs, support complex opportunities, and train the sales force with practical product knowledge.

Collaborating with sales executives, dealers, and business units, you will evaluate proposals, perform risk assessments, and travel with sales reps to sites. A company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with a technical sales orientation.
• Experience in heavy machinery or related technical/sales roles.
• Proficient with CAD software and able to read and adapt drawings.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas in simple business terms.

Responsibilities

• Support complex opportunities with clear value-selling arguments and differentiation.
• Lead pre-sales clarification and documentation for tenders and proposals.
• Review feasibility, safety parameters and margin impact before order approval.
• Identify portfolio gaps and provide market feedback to R&D and Product Management.
• Translate engineering details into practical sales guides and training for sales teams.
• Maintain accuracy of technical sales materials and ensure on-brand content.
