Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required inMechanical/Production/Commercial Engineering.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in heavy machinery or related technical/sales roles.
• Ability to explain technical ideas in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives and dealer networks to support complex opportunities with value-selling arguments.
• Lead pre-sales technical clarification and documentation for tenders and major proposals.
• Review feasibility, safety parameters, and margin impact before order production.
• Analyze market requirements to identify portfolio gaps and guide R&D on future updates.
• Translate engineering details into practical sales guides and deliver training to sales teams.
• Keep technical sales materials accurate, updated and on-brand.
