Hiab, a Hiab brand under Cargotec Corporation, is seeking a Product Sales Support Engineer to join our team. You will be the technical and commercial bridge between sales, product development, and customers, shaping proposals, tender replies, and product configurations across five business units.

You will read complex drawings, coordinate with sales reps on site visits (company car provided), translate engineering jargon into clear business value, and help drive solution adoption with training

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Commercial Engineering.
Experience in heavy machinery or related technical/sales roles is preferred.
Fluent in English and the local language, with ability to explain complex technical ideas in business terms.

Responsabilidades

Partner with Sales Executives and dealer networks to support complex opportunities with value-selling arguments.
Lead pre-sales technical clarification and documentation for public tenders and major proposals.
Review feasibility, safety parameters, and margin impact before production orders.
