Job summary

Capital.com приглашает в команду старшего рекрутера по инженерному персоналу. Ваша задача — вести полный цикл подбора инженерных специалистов: от требований до предложения и онбординга.

Разрабатывать стратегии найма, строить пайплайны и сотрудничать с руководителями товаров и инженерии. Требуется опыт в найме инженерного ПО, сильные навыки поиска, сетей и коммуникаций, знание Lever и английский не ниже уровня B2.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы старшим рекрутером в секторе разработки ПО.
• Искусствующие навыки поиска, нетворкинга и выстраивания отношений с кандидатами и менеджерами.
• Умение управлять несколькими задачами в быстром темпе работы.
• Свободное владение английским на уровне B2 и выше.

Responsibilities

• Ведение полного цикла подбора от требования работы до предложения и найма.
• Разработка и внедрение стратегий найма инженеров.
• Активный поиск кандидатов через доски объявлений, соцсети и мероприятия, прямые обращения.

Задачи:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job requisition to offer acceptance
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract engineering talent
• Proactively source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future engineering roles
• Advise engineering stakeholders on recruitment practices and market trends
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
• Report recruitment progress and outcomes to stakeholders
• Use data to identify improvement areas and implement changes
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts
• Ensure agency-referred candidates meet company standards and requirements

Требования:

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter in the software engineering sector
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, including Lever
• Business-level English proficiency or above, equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR
