Trading 212 is seeking an experienced in-house Technical Recruiter in Poland to own full-cycle hiring for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles. You will build direct pipelines, assess candidates, and lead offer negotiations with hiring managers.

You will demonstrate technical depth, data-driven decision making, and a proven ability to recover difficult searches, driving impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience moving from agency sourcing to in-house technical recruiting.
• Proven track record building pipelines, screening, and closing hires.
• Ability to explain software development processes and tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring across backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• Direct sourcing and proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Assess candidate relevance, drive timely decisions, and lead offer talks.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers when strategy changes.
