Evotym is seeking a Senior Fintech Recruiter to shape recruitment strategies for fintech, payments, and crypto clients. This fully remote position lets you influence global hiring practices and collaborate with international clients.

You will lead sourcing, interviewing, and offers, while leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Join a fast-growing international agency focused on quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful placements in fintech.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects remotely.
• Deep understanding of fintech trends and talent needs.
• Languages: English (C1) and Russian (native).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to fintech industry needs.

• Manage and optimize candidate sourcing channels to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms.

• Deep understanding of fintech industry trends and the specific talent needs within this sector.

• Native-level proficiency in Russian and professional working proficiency in English.

• Languages: English C1, Russian native.
