Capital.com ищет опытного backend-инженера для разработки масштабируемых сервисов в FinTech-сфере. Вы будете работать над низколатентными решениями, распределёнными системами и безопасной обработкой PII и финансовых транзакций.

Требуется глубокое знание Java Core и Spring, опыт с Kafka, Kubernetes и CI/CD, а также способность работать в ускорённом продуктово-ориентированном окружении и применять современные архитектуры и AI-инструменты.

Qualifications

• Опыт в FinTech, банковской сфере или смежных финансовых доменах
• Глубокие знания архитектуры распределённых систем и клиент-серверной модели
• Умение проектировать и поддерживать масштабируемые, низколатентные и высокопроизводительные системы
• Знания в области конкурентности, многопоточности и асинхронного программирования
• Понимание практик безопасности для обработки PII и финансовых транзакций
• Опыт работы с архитектурами на события и Kafka
• Навыки работы с Kubernetes и современными паттернами CI/CD

Responsibilities

Задачи:

• Design and build scalable, low-latency, high-performance backend services
• Develop distributed and asynchronous systems for reliability and fault tolerance
• Optimize performance across JVM, databases, caching, and networking
• Apply security best practices when handling client PII and financial transactions
• Use event-driven architectures and modern messaging solutions such as Kafka
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business needs
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and delivery

Требования:

• Proven experience in FinTech, Banking, or related financial domains
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and the client-server model
• Ability to design and maintain scalable, low-latency, high-performance systems
• Solid knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming
• Awareness of security best practices for handling PII and financial transactions
• Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
• Experience working as a team player in a fast-paced, product-led environment
• Advanced knowledge of Java Core technologies and the Spring framework
• Proficiency with SQL databases, including performance, structure, and replication
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming methods
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, such as Kafka or similar solutions
• Understanding and hands-on experience with Ops activities, Kubernetes, pipelines, Fit Flow, and modern CI/CD patterns and strategies
• Ability to use AI technologies for coding assistance, debugging, testing, documentation, and workflow optimization
• Effective communication, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, and product
• Ability to investigate complex problems and translate them into tasks
• Ability to adapt to technological shifts and evolving business requirements
• Readiness to take ownership of tasks and issues and be accountable for results
