Job summary

AMS ищет старшего менеджера по найму, который возьмет на себя полный цикл подбора сотрудников и выстроит прочные отношения с руководителями. вакансии — IT и Sales, округа Европы; кандидат будет заниматься стратегиями найма и продвижением бренда работодателя.

Вам предстоит использовать навыки активного поиска, оценку кандидатов и формирование качественных списков, а также обеспечивать положительный опыт для кандидатов и заказчиков.

Qualifications

• Опыт управления полным циклом найма в in-house, агентстве или RPO.
• Свободное владение английским языком письменной и устной формой.
• Опыт найма в IT и Sales; умение привлекать сложных кандидатов.

Responsibilities

• Управление полным жизненным циклом подбора: briefing, sourcing, оценка, предложение и передача кандидата.
• Разработка стратегий найма совместно с Hiring Managers по рынкам Европы.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing and stakeholder management, and is motivated to deliver measurable hiring outcomes. You’ll work closely with international stakeholders, supporting a confidential client across IT and Sales functions, recruiting for specialist, professional and senior-level positions.

• Use your end-to-end recruitment expertise to manage the full hiring lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and proactive sourcing through to candidate assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Apply your consultative skills to partner with Hiring Managers across European markets, developing effective recruitment strategies for IT and Sales positions.
• Leverage your proactive sourcing and headhunting skills to identify, attract and engage specialist talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Use your market intelligence and analytical skills to advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarking, recruitment challenges and alternative hiring strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders through effective communication, influencing and expectation management.
• Apply your talent mapping and pipeline development skills to support specialist and business-critical hiring needs.
• Use your candidate assessment and interviewing skills to evaluate talent, deliver high-quality shortlists and provide informed hiring recommendations.
• Deliver a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communication, timely updates and effective recruitment coordination.
• Apply your organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple recruitment processes while delivering against agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Use your attention to detail and analytical capabilities to maintain accurate recruitment data, monitor progress and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recruitment challenges, recommending practical solutions and optimising hiring processes.
• Collaborate with international recruitment teams to share market intelligence, sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Требования:

• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes within an in-house, agency or RPO environment.
• Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting for IT and Sales functions, including specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong capability in proactive sourcing, direct search and candidate attraction strategies.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders in international or client-facing environments.
• Strong communication, consulting and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge hiring expectations and recommend alternative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies, balance competing priorities and maintain high recruitment delivery standards.
• Strength in candidate assessment, competency-based interviewing and offer management.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
