Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a technically strong product leader to own the functional design and capability roadmap for an enterprise-scale observability platform. You will drive real-time monitoring, dashboards, SLO management, and detection signals across a complex technology estate, collaborating with SREs, operators, and architects.

You will translate strategy into a coherent capability roadmap, define precise requirements, and ensure end-to-end quality that improves reliability and MTTR.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and product background in enterprise-grade observability.
• Experience shaping complex data-intensive platforms and capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into coherent capability roadmaps and detailed specs.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to guide engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional design for telemetry ingestion, real-time monitoring, dashboards, and SLO management.
• Own the capability roadmap translating strategy into measurable delivery.
• Lead deep technical discovery with SREs, operators, platform engineers, and architects.
• Define rigorous product requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide API, telemetry models, and topology integration with scalability and security in mind.
• Enable topology integration and context mapping for accurate service topology.
• Create a coherent, state-of-the-art product experience across capabilities and personas.
