Job summary

Procter & Gamble Warsaw Downtown Office is seeking a technically strong product leader to own the design and roadmap of an enterprise observability event management platform.

You will translate product strategy into capabilities like event correlation, anomaly detection, AI-assisted root cause analysis, and automated remediation, guiding cross-functional teams across SRE, platform engineering, and data/ML workloads.

Qualifications

• Required Engineering or deeply technical product background.
• Experience shaping enterprise-grade, data-intensive, AI-powered, infrastructure, observability, or automation products.
• Strong technical depth across cloud and distributed systems, event-driven architectures, APIs, data pipelines, telemetry, and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Proven ability to define functional product architecture, detailed specifications, user journeys, non-functional expectations, and precise acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional design across ingestion, correlation, enrichment, anomaly detection, incident intelligence, and remediation orchestration.
• Translate strategy into a clear capability roadmap and define delivery expectations.
• Lead technical discovery with SREs, operations teams, platform engineers, and architects.
• Define rigorous product requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for complex capabilities.
• Guide engineering design on APIs, data models, scalability, security, and extensibility.
• Shape capabilities for agentic AI, remediation orchestration, and multi-tenant configurations.
• Create a cohesive, state-of-the-art product experience with consistent concepts and workflows.
• Assure functional quality and measurable value tied to MTTR/MTTD improvements and SLOs.
