Job summary

- Experience in incident response and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Spyglass.
- Understanding of data processing tools like Databricks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork for incident documentation and coordination.
