SOFTSWISS is hiring a Junior Technical Operations Manager to join the PSP Operations Team. You will act as a key contact for resolving transaction and payment issues, roll out custom payment method setups, and analyze recurring problems to drive improvements.

You will combine technical expertise in payment systems with operational oversight to enhance client experience, ensure accurate processing, and optimize payment workflows across diverse client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech/Payments industry as an Operations Manager or 2nd line B2B technical support.
• Clear understanding of how payment systems work.
• Strong knowledge of transaction flows.
• Basics of Web architecture.
• Higher or incomplete higher education; technical university preferred.
• English and Russian at Upper Intermediate or higher.
• Some programming basics (data types, operators, functions).

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical requests from first-line support regarding transactions and payment methods.
• Roll out custom payment method configurations for new clients on their websites.
• Troubleshoot payment and transaction issues.
• Ensure payment systems operate efficiently.
• Interact with payment systems.
• Analyze recurring payment problems and report findings.
• Collaborate with teams including second-line support, Finance, Account Managers, and B2C.

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Junior Technical Operations Manager to join our PSP Operations Team. You'll act as a key point of contact for resolving transaction and payment-related issues, rolling out custom payment method setups, and analyzing recurring problems to drive improvements.

Purpose of the Role:

You'll combine technical expertise in payment systems with operational oversight to enhance client experience, ensure accurate transaction processing, and support the continuous optimization of payment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical requests from first-line support regarding transactions and payment methods


• Roll out custom payment method configurations for new clients on their websites


• Troubleshoot payment and transaction issues


• Ensure payment systems operate efficiently


• Interact with payment systems


• Analyse recurring payment problems and report findings


• Work with other teams, including second-line support, Finance, Account Managers, and B2C

Required Experience:

• Experience in Fintech/Payments industry as an Operations Manager/B2B technical support (2nd line)


• Clear understanding of how the Payment System works


• Strong knowledge of transactions flow


• Knowledge of the basics of WEB architecture


• Higher or incomplete higher education, preference for graduates of technical universities


• English and Russian not lower than Upper Intermediate level


• Knowledge of the basics in programming (data types/basic operators/functions)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, GitLab.


• Experience with monitoring systems (ELK).


• Understanding of information and application security, SSH, and access credentials.
