Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Talent Development Specialist for a project-based assignment with potential longer-term opportunities. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development and learning initiatives across SOFTSWISS.

You’ll coordinate leadership programs, support design and improvement, manage external learning requests, and maintain data, materials, and reporting for Talent Development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, education, psychology, organizational development, business or related field.
• 2–4 years in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR or program coordination.
• Experience coordinating leadership development or people-related programs.
• Experience creating learning materials and participant communications.
• Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of leadership programs including participants, schedules and facilitators.
• Support internal programs such as Manager Foundations and Leadership Mastery.
• Contribute to program design, learning materials and facilitation.
• Coordinate external learning requests and manage approvals and registrations.
• Manage LinkedIn Learning for managers, tracking participation and reporting.
• Maintain information on programs, participation, completion, feedback and costs.
• Support online, hybrid and onsite learning events.
• Use Jira and Confluence for task coordination and documentation.

Job description

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our team for a project-based assignment, with the potential to explore longer-term opportunities within the team afterwards.

You’ll support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development and learning initiatives across SOFTSWISS.

The role will work closely with the Lead of Talent Development to coordinate leadership programs, support program design and improvement, manage external learning requests, and maintain the data, materials, and reporting needed for Talent Development activities.

The Specialist will also support facilitation, LMS-related tasks, LinkedIn Learning, and selected learning events. Coordination of the English learning program and additional language-learning activities will remain part of the operational scope.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with employees, managers, HRBPs, external providers, and senior stakeholders, including C-level.

Purpose of the role:

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.
• Coordinate internal learning initiatives and external development requests.
• Help create a well-organized and positive learning experience.
• Maintain accurate Talent Development data and prepare information for analytics and reporting.
• Support the smooth operation of learning programs, platforms, and related processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of leadership programs, including participants, schedules, communication, facilitators, providers, materials, and follow-up.
• Support internal programs such as Manager Foundations, Leadership Mastery, Management Community, and coaching initiatives.
• Contribute to program design, learning materials, selected facilitation, and continuous improvement based on feedback and business needs.
• Coordinate external learning requests by clarifying needs, identifying suitable solutions, managing approvals and registrations, and following up with participants and providers.
• Manage operational activities related to LinkedIn Learning for managers, including access, assignments, participation tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate information on learning programs, participation, completion, feedback, and related costs, and prepare structured data.
• Support online, hybrid, and onsite learning events.
• Use Jira and Confluence for task coordination, documentation, and collaboration, and be ready to learn other tools used by the team.
• Contribute to other Talent Development projects and initiatives when required.

Required Experience:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or another relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, HR, program coordination, or a related area.
• Experience coordinating learning, leadership development, or other people-related programs.
• Experience creating learning materials, guides or participant communications.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or group discussions.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience working with external providers, vendors or learning partners.
• Ability to manage several tasks, deadlines and stakeholders in parallel.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Russian, B2 or above, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and politely with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Articulate 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience working with an LMS, including content administration and reporting.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with HiBob or other HR systems.
• Experience with learning evaluation, surveys or program effectiveness reporting.
• Experience working in a technology, international, or fast-growing company.
• Experience introducing AI for the automation and improvement of processes and workflows.
