Job summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Junior Technical Operations Manager in Poland to oversee payment workflows and optimize transaction processing. You will handle technical requests from first-line support, implement client payment method customizations, and troubleshoot payment issues while ensuring system efficiency and seamless collaboration with finance and account teams.

Strong knowledge of payment systems, transaction flows, and web architecture is required, with upper-intermediate English and Russian.

Qualifications

Experience in Fintech/Payments as Operations Manager or 2nd line tech support.
Clear understanding of how Payment Systems work.
Strong knowledge of transactions flow.
Basics of WEB architecture.
Higher or incomplete higher education, preference for technical universities.
English and Russian not lower than Upper Intermediate level.
Knowledge of programming basics (data types, operators, functions).

Responsibilities

Handle technical operations requests from first line support about transactions issues and payment methods.
Roll out customization of new Clients Customization Payment Methods on the Client’s website.
Perform technical troubleshooting about transactions and Payment Methods.
Maintain the efficiency of payment systems.
Interact with payment systems.
Analyze payment issues to identify patterns and report.
Coordinate with 2nd line, Finance, Account managers, and B2C teams.
