Inspekt AI is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to support internal IT infrastructure and project operations across teams. You will ensure seamless collaboration between development, operations, and AI teams, maintaining documentation and troubleshooting internal systems with a proactive, organized approach.

The role emphasizes technical support, cloud-based tool management, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
• Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or other).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
• Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools.
• Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security.
• Work closely with system engineers, developers, and project managers to provide technical support.
• Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security.
