Qualifications

• Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
• Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or other).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English.

We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to support internal IT infrastructure, assist with technical project operations, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. You will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, assisting in technical project execution, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. You will work closely with the development, operations, and AI teams to provide technical support, maintain documentation, and troubleshoot internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Project Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
