Job summary

TechTree is building an AI-first IT operations platform and seeking an experienced engineer to own the web application layer. You will shape how the product is built, its performance, and its evolution as we scale, collaborating with other teams to handle enterprise complexity with speed and clarity.

AI tooling is integrated into the workflow and considered a force multiplier. You will operate in a small, senior team and contribute to end-to-end product delivery from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development.
• Experience with AI tools for product development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and scalable backend services.
• Deliver full-stack features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to production rollout.
• Build and evolve systems for global asset management, device delivery, HRIS integrations, and autonomous IT administration.
• Own architectural and technical improvements across the platform, focusing on reliability, extensibility, and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to translate real-world IT workflows into well-designed product experiences.
