Job summary

MyEmployment seeks a curious, technically minded student to help build an AI-powered operating environment. You will work with the leadership to connect AI tools, automate workflows, and create executive dashboards that improve efficiency.

This remote internship covers APIs, AI workflows, knowledge bases, and documentation. Up to 15 hours per week during the academic semester, with potential for continued opportunities in the future.

Qualifications

• We welcome students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, REST APIs, SQL, AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot, and workflow platforms is helpful but not required.
• A strong portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of automation work are valued alongside classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems that improve the business operations.
• Configure and optimize AI development environments and tools.
• Build reusable AI workflows, prompts, and internal AI assistants.
• Connect business systems through APIs and modern integration platforms.
• Create executive dashboards showing sales, recruiting, product development, customer success, and KPIs.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual tasks across departments.
• Organize company documentation into AI-ready knowledge bases.
• Support GitHub repositories, development workflows, and technical docs.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools to boost productivity and performance.
• Document every solution for future reuse.
