Job summary

Acturis, a leading SaaS provider for the general insurance market, is looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant to join our Wrocław team. You will analyse client processes, translate requirements into specifications and liaise with clients and development teams to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes data integration, SQL proficiency and fluent English and German. You will prepare documentation, support implementations from planning to delivery, and help maintain high

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, technical consulting, software implementation or similar role.
• Strong technical understanding of software, systems and data.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and document requirements.
• Fluency in English and German (min. B2) – both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of databases, e.g. SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes, needs and requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Act as a point of contact for a client-specific software solution, both internally and externally
• Work closely with development teams to design and deliver effective solutions
• Support project implementation from planning through to delivery
• Coordinate topics related to client systems, interfaces and data integration
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials and client updates
• Participate in regular client meetings and support ongoing service quality
