Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Warsaw team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and business consulting roles, from sourcing through interviews and offers, while partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

In this hybrid role, you’ll source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networks, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own the full recruitment process from briefing to offer.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networks.
• Experience screening and interviewing to assess fit and skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and business consulting roles in Capco Poland.
• Source, identify and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Partner with hiring managers, share market insights, and provide updates.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience through offer and onboarding.
