Job summary

Medium is growing and seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and product roles across Europe, based at our Warsaw HQ. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, direct search, and candidate engagement for senior and technical profiles.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, monitor market trends, and provide insight on compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with end-to-end experience.
• Sales & corporate hiring across CEE/Europe.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Fluent Polish and English (C1).
• Proficient with recruitment tools and ATS (Lever).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment for commercial and corporate roles across Warsaw HQ & Europe.
• Direct Search to source top candidates.
• Candidate Pipeline Management and nurturing for long-term engagement.
• Executive Engagement with senior/C-suite candidates and premium candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Market Intelligence on compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
• Reporting on pipelines, progress and market insights; KPI tracking.
• Project work within People & Culture to improve practices.
