Job summary

Allegro Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for technology roles on a fixed-term contract covering an absence for at least 12 months.

You will actively source tech talent, assess fit, and partner with Hiring Managers to translate business needs into successful hires. You will use AI-powered tools and modern recruitment technologies to streamline processes, create a positive candidate experience, and monitor metrics for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology/IT.
• Hands-on sourcing experience using modern tools and strategies.
• Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and understand business needs.
• Familiarity with AI tools and tech recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology roles from needs to offer.
• Source, engage, and build relationships with technical talent.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess fit and motivation.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to advise on talent availability and decisions.
• Leverage AI and recruitment tech to improve sourcing and processes.
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and propose improvements.
