Job summary

AgileEngine, a growth-focused tech company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions in Szczecin, Poland.

You will conduct candidate screenings, assess skills and cultural fit, and proactively source world-class talent through multiple channels, collaborating with clients and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar client-facing role.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
• A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.
