Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology) to join our Technology Recruitment Team on a fixed-term contract to cover an absence for at least 12 months.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, proactively source technical talent, and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver successful hires. The role requires hands-on sourcing, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to leverage AI and recruitment technologies to improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within Technology or IT.
• Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience independently conducting recruitment interviews and assessing candidates' competencies and motivations.
• Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and advise on talent availability.
• Awareness of AI tools and how they can support recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, from needs to hires.
• Proactively source and engage tech talent using creative strategies and tools.
• Lead competency-based interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business challenges and advise on availability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve sourcing and streamline processes.
• Create a transparent, engaging candidate experience and monitor recruitment metrics.
