Job summary

Auctane in Poland is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our engineering teams. This hybrid role is based in Wroclaw, requiring presence in the office at least two days a week.

You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top software engineers while partnering with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams. The role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition team, offering a dynamic, data-driven environment with opportunities to influence our talent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mixed in-house/agency recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring technical/engineering roles.
• Fluent in both Polish and English.
• Able to manage multiple roles simultaneously and build a humming pipeline, including passive candidates.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Able to articulate business needs, evaluate talent and close senior talent.
• Strong organization and time management; able to pivot when needs change.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top-notch Software Engineering talent for Poland and European sites, managing full lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Deliver results while aligning with Auctane’s TA process and maintain data hygiene and documentation.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience with timely communication and engagement.
• Build relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
• Develop proactive pipelines via referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Provide data-driven hiring insights, dashboards, and talent reports to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and retention strategies.
• Support talent branding with universities, LinkedIn content, and events.
