Job summary

EX.CO ищет специалиста по поддержке клиентов и внедрения на гибридной основе в Польше. Вы будете помогать с запуском проектов, настраивать видеоплеер и рекламу, а также решать проблемы на продакшене, взаимодействуя с командами разработки и AdOps.

Требуется практический опыт JavaScript, знание JSON/XML, умение работать с логами и инструментами мониторинга. Знание английского обязательно; приветствуется опыт в AI/QA и работа в мультикультурной среде.

Qualifications

• Опыт hands-on с JavaScript, умение дебажить в DevTools
• Умение читать ответы API в JSON и XML
• Опыт в техподдержке, внедрениях или техподдержке клиентов
• Знание Git и рабочих процессов
• Свободный английский, ответственность и автономность в разных часовых поясах
• Плюсом будет знание AI-инструментов, QA-автоматизация и опыт в международной команде

Responsibilities

• Поддерживать внедрение новых клиентов и ежедневные задачи для успешного запуска
• Настраивать конфигурации платформы, включать контент и настройки видеоплеера
• Сопровождать пост-луч продуктовую настройку и устранение неполадок
• Мониторить работу систем и помогать в устранении ошибок
• Генерировать отчеты для внутреннего планирования и роста клиентов
• Обеспечивать чтение и запись логов, поддерживать внутренние дашборды

EX.CO provides publishers with a video platform offering tools, innovation, and expertise to optimize websites with video. Its platform uses machine-learning and AI technology to help publishers manage video content and monetization, ad serving, content automation, and video recommendations.

Задачи

• Support new client onboarding and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth launches and ongoing success
• Manage platform configurations, including content setup, video player settings, and basic advertising integrations
• Assist with post-launch product setup QA and troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance across platforms, flag anomalies, and assist with troubleshootingGenerate reports for internal planning and customer growth updates, following established procedures
• Monitor files for unnecessary or missing lines and ensure everything is defined as expected
• Maintain internal dashboards to keep cross-functional teams aligned and informed

Требования

• Hands-on JavaScript skills and real debugging ability using DevTools, plus excellent CSS and HTML skills
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Groundcover, Logz.io, or similar, including searching logs, tracing issues, and identifying errors
• A production and troubleshooting mindset, comfort with production environments, and ability to read API responses in JSON and XML
• Experience with Git and basic Git workflows
• Background in technical support, implementation, or technical customer success, collaborating with Dev, AdOps, or Engineering teams
• Excellent English, clear communication, strong ownership, and ability to work independently across time zones
