Job summary

DevBrother in Poland is seeking a Solutions Engineer to share product expertise and guide client integrations, with a strong focus on front-end and overall web technology. You will apply analytical and interpersonal skills to help customers maximize value from our platform.

You will act as product advisor, expand tech knowledge across frontend/backend, troubleshoot integration issues, onboard new customers, define requirements, and collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to

Role Overview

The responsibilities of a Solutions Engineer include sharing expertise on the product and its integration—specifically focusing on front-end understanding and a strong overall grasp of web technologies. You will use your analytical and interpersonal skills to guide our clients and maximize the value they gain from using our technology.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines, demonstrating strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Product Expert: Act as the product expert and trusted advisor that clients can turn to for guidance on maximizing value from our technology.

• Expand Technical Expertise: Gain experience in front-end and back-end development, web optimization, performance best practices, AI/ML, cloud computing, media compression, and CDN.

• Support & Troubleshoot: Support customers’ technical queries, solve integration issues, and demonstrate the possibilities of the technology.

• Onboard Customers: Manage the technical onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into an implementation plan that will provide value.

• Define Requirements: Define new technical requirements for integration and prioritize project timelines.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure all customer requests and issues are handled promptly, working in collaboration with relevant teams including Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

• Quality Assurance: Utilize QA practices to ensure high-quality integrations

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Strictly C1-C2 English level required.

• Candidates at an Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2) level will not be considered. Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills are a must.

• Working Hours: High flexibility and ability to operate within the US time zone.

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Front-End professional, or in QA within a global, fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of front-end development and a strong general proficiency in web technologies (A deeply specialized or advanced engineering/developer background is not required).

• Hands-on experience with web and cloud technologies.

• Experience with basic debugging/QA tools (e.g., Chrome Dev Tools).

• Problem Solving: Ability to effectively assess and quickly resolve technical issues while working with both technical and non-technical teams. High-level technical, project, and problem-solving skills.

• Mindset: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. Highly motivated, a fast learner, and open-minded.

Nice to Have

• BS, BA, BEng degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with Full-Stack technologies (e.g., Node.js, React, Angular) or automated/performance QA testing skills.

• Relevant certifications, courses, or experience in adjacent technologies.
