zdalna Praca in Poznań is seeking a back-office support specialist to respond in real time to reports about LIVE streaming and decisions. You will work without phone contact in an international team, handle user requests per platform standards, and coordinate across shifts within a 24/7 framework.

The role requires fluent Russian (C1) and strong English (B2), about 140 hours per month. Office in Poznań centre is available, with civil contract and hourly pay of 32 PLN gross.

Your tasks

• Responding in real time to platform users' inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.

• Receiving user requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.

• Collaborating in an international back-office environment (no phone contact with customers).

Our expectations

• Fluent knowledge of Russian (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).

• Estimated monthly involvement of approximately 140 hours.

• Services are provided within a 24/7 operational framework. The Contractor may deliver services at various times (including daytime, nighttime, and weekends), depending on their availability and mutual arrangements.

• Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.

• Openness to providing services from our office in the city centre of Poznań.
