Job summary

The Technology Operations Analyst role sits within JLL’s Work Dynamics Technology Enablement team in Warsaw. You will provide day-to-day operations support for the WD accounts, ensuring system performance, security, and compliance across the technology platform.

You will perform troubleshooting, scripting, and automation, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to deliver reliable services for our clients in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in IT operations or similar role.
• Strong systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Understanding of IT security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with JLL Work Dynamics tech ecosystem is a plus.
• ITIL v4 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks, installations, updates, and configurations.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for systems and apps.
• Develop and deliver user training; maintain clear system docs.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for reliability.
• Assist with security policies and compliance activities.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline tasks.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager on issues and projects.
• Report security vulnerabilities and assist in remediation.
