Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Legal Operations team, driving digital transformation of legal processes. You will bridge the gap between complex legal needs and technical execution, ensuring a secure and compliant digital backbone for our organization.

In this role, you will analyze end-to-end workflows, define functional and non-functional requirements, collaborate with legal and IT teams, and help map and optimize processes while ensuring traceability and governance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy in a Legal Operations environment.
Deep understanding of Legal & Compliance domains, including matter, contract, and document management.
Proficient in elicitation and documentation of requirements with SaaS experience.
Strong data flow and integration knowledge, with a builder mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to facilitate workshops.
Fluent English and Polish; reside in Poland.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analysis workstreams aligned with business strategy and tech implementation.
Translate complex legal requirements into clear functional and non-functional specs.
Collaborate with legal stakeholders and IT to map and optimize processes.
Evaluate SaaS solutions with Solution Architects and Product Managers.
Oversee lifecycle of legal tech solutions with traceability and change management.
