Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw seeks an experienced operations professional to monitor and troubleshoot equipment across multiple jurisdictions while following 24x7 procedures, SLAs, and IT best practices. You will build strong daily partnerships with customers, understand requirements, and work to meet or exceed expectations.

The role involves troubleshooting across host systems, middleware, apps, and networks, plus documenting anomalies and coordinating requests.

Qualifications

Two-year technical college degree or equivalent experience.
1–2 years in a related field preferred.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment across jurisdictions per procedures.
Build daily partnerships with customers and meet their requirements.
Troubleshoot systems involving host systems, middleware, apps, tools, networks.
Monitor networks, systems, servers; detect, report, document anomalies.
Execute and track operational processes, including end-of-day and transfers.
Coordinate and upscale customer requests per guidelines.
Submit recommendations for procedures and checklists.
Support local testing policies and procedures.
Train other operators and mentor junior staff.
